Aileen Stewart

Aileen Stewart is the Managing Partner in CF Projects’ Mexico office and leads the firm’s Americas operations. She specializes in managed recruitment services, working with companies to build streamlined and cost effective hiring strategies that support business growth.  

Aileen advises clients on executive search, employer branding, and long-term workforce planning, ensuring they attract and retain top industry talent. She brings deep expertise in recruitment strategy, process improvement, and talent pipeline development.   

Prior to joining CF Projects, Aileen held senior talent acquisition roles at Atlas Copco, Siemens, and Babcock International Group, where she developed and led recruitment strategies across Latin America.
